1. How quickly does BrainBox Infoway respond to enquiries?
Every message gets a response within one business day - usually the same day for messages sent Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM IST. If you submit a project brief via the quote form, you receive a scoped estimate within 24 business hours.
2. Is there a difference between the contact form and the Get a Quote form?
Yes. The contact form is for general enquiries - questions, partnership chats, press, or anything that doesn't involve a specific project yet. The Get a Quote form is for scoping actual Shopify projects. If you have a project in mind, the quote form gets you a faster and more useful response.
3. Can I reach out about white-label Shopify development from here?
You can - but the white-label page covers the partnership model, NDA process, retainer plans, and pricing in full. Most agency owners find it faster to review that page first, then reach out if they want to talk specifics.
4. Does BrainBox Infoway serve clients outside India?
Yes. The majority of BrainBox's clients are in the US, EU, Australia, and Canada. All contracts are in USD, communication is in English, and client calls are scheduled in the client's timezone. The team works asynchronously across time zones with daily overlap hours for project coordination.
5. Can I visit the BrainBox office in Ahmedabad?
In-person visits can be arranged for prospective partners and enterprise clients. Email hello@brainboxinfoway.com to schedule. For remote-first clients, all project communication and coordination happens via async tools and scheduled calls.
