BrainBox Infoway Pvt Ltd ("BrainBox", "we", "us") provides digital services such as Shopify development, optimization, integrations, and consulting. We do not sell or ship physical products.

No physical shipping

All services are delivered digitally and remotely. After you confirm an engagement, you will receive a confirmation by email, and our team will begin coordinating based on the agreed scope and timeline.

How work is delivered

Deliverables are shared through staging stores, code repositories, project management tools, or email, depending on what was agreed for your project.

Start and delivery timelines

  • We usually begin work within 1 to 2 business days of confirmed payment (or the agreed deposit).

  • Delivery timelines depend on the project scope, the number of service hours purchased, and how quickly you provide feedback, content, and access.

  • Timelines are estimates agreed during onboarding. Delays caused by missing client input, approvals, or third-party platforms may move them.

Digital products

If we offer downloadable digital products in the future (for example, templates, code packages, or design kits), this policy will be updated to explain how they are delivered.
